How to Add a MailChimp Form to WordPress Without the MailChimp Logo

Email Marketing, WordPress | 0 comments

MailChimp now makes it pretty much impossible to embed a form on your website without the MailChimp badge if you have the free plan. It’s ugly, let’s be frank. Luckily, if you have a WordPress site, there is a plugin for that. (And if you have Squarespace, refer to this post here).

This video shows you how to install and add a form to your website using the Yikes Easy Forms plugin:

The plugin does something a little tricky where they make it so that the form button is set to be white with white text (aka invisible). You can either embed the form on a background color, OR customize with with code. It’s not as hard as it sounds. Video here:

Code is here: .btn-primary { background-color: #000; border: none; color: white; padding: 15px 32px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; display: inline-block; font-size: 14px; }

Remember to put btn-primary (no .) in the Class ID section in the Yikes form if using this exact code.

Good luck!
